• العمر والرخصة: يجب أن يكون عمر المستأجر 21 عاماً فما فوق وأن يحمل رخصة قيادة سعودية أو دولية سارية المفعول ومقبولة في المملكة العربية السعودية.Age & License: The renter must be 21 years or older and hold a valid Saudi or internationally accepted driving license in the Kingdom.
• إثبات الهوية: يُشترط تقديم هوية وطنية أو إقامة سارية المفعول، ويجب أن يكون السجل خالياً من المطالبات المالية التي تمنع التفويض عبر نظام "تم" المروري.ID: A valid national ID or Iqama must be provided, and the record must be free of financial claims that prevent authorization via the "Tamm" system.
• الاستخدام النظامي: يلتزم المستأجر باستخدام السيارة بطريقة نظامية وآمنة، ويُمنع استخدامها في أي نشاط مخالف للأنظمة أو القوانين.Legal Use: The renter must use the vehicle legally and safely. Use for any activity violating regulations or laws is strictly prohibited.
• السائق المرخص: يُمنع قيادة السيارة من قبل شخص غير مسجل في العقد، ويُمنع السفر خارج المناطق المصرح بها دون موافقة مسبقة.Authorized Driver: Driving by a person not registered in the contract is prohibited, as is travel outside authorized areas without prior approval.

• يتم تأكيد الحجز المبدئي عبر المنصة الإلكترونية، ولا يعتبر الحجز نهائياً إلا بعد حضور المستأجر للفرع ومعاينة المركبة وتوقيع العقد.The initial booking is confirmed via the platform; the reservation is not final until the renter attends the branch, inspects the vehicle, and signs the contract.
• طرق الدفع: يتم السداد عند استلام المركبة في الفرع عبر بطاقات مدى والبطاقات الائتمانية أو النقد.Payment: Payment is made upon receiving the vehicle at the branch via Mada cards, credit cards, or cash.
• في حال عدم حضور المستأجر لاستلام المركبة في الموعد المحدد بأكثر من ساعتين، يحق لإدارة بلو إلغاء الحجز وإتاحة المركبة لعميل آخر.If the renter does not show up within two hours of the scheduled time, Blue management has the right to cancel the booking and offer the vehicle to another customer.
• يحق للشركة رفض أو إلغاء أي حجز في بعض الحالات التنظيمية أو الأمنية.The company reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking under certain regulatory or security circumstances.

• المستأجر مسؤول عن أي مخالفات مرورية أو أضرار ناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام خلال فترة العقد، وسيتم تحويل المخالفات مباشرة على سجله عبر نظام "تم".The renter is responsible for any traffic violations or damages resulting from misuse during the contract period, and violations will be transferred directly to their record via "Tamm".
• تلتزم الشركة بتوفير السيارة بحالة تشغيل مناسبة وآمنة. الشركة غير مسؤولة عن المفقودات داخل السيارة.The company commits to providing the vehicle in proper working condition. The company is not responsible for items lost inside the vehicle.
• يتحمل المستأجر أي مبالغ مترتبة نتيجة مخالفة شروط العقد أو الإهمال.The renter bears any amounts resulting from violating contract terms or negligence.

• في حال وقوع حادث، يجب عدم تحريك المركبة والاتصال فوراً بـ "نجم" (19992) أو المرور (993) للحصول على تقرير رسمي، ثم إبلاغ إدارة بلو.In the event of an accident, do not move the vehicle. Immediately call "Najm" (19992) or Traffic Police (993) for an official report, then notify Blue management.
• التأمين لا يغطي الحوادث التي تقع تحت تأثير مسكر أو لمن لا يحمل رخصة قيادة صالحة.Insurance does not cover accidents occurring under the influence of alcohol or for those without a valid driving license.
• يجب إبلاغ الشركة فوراً عند وقوع أي عطل أو حادث وتزويدها بتقرير الجهات المختصة لاستكمال الإجراءات.The company must be notified immediately of any breakdown or accident, providing the official report to complete procedures.

• الوقود: يجب إعادة المركبة بنفس مستوى الوقود الذي كانت عليه عند الاستلام.Fuel: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as upon pickup.
• التمديد: في حال الرغبة بتمديد العقد، يجب الإشعار قبل انتهائه بـ 12 ساعة على الأقل وسداد قيمة التمديد.Extension: To extend the contract, notify at least 12 hours before expiry and pay the extension amount.
• التأخير: التأخير في تسليم المركبة دون إشعار مسبق يُعرض المستأجر لغرامة تُحسب بالساعة وفق قوانين الهيئة العامة للنقل.Delay: Late return without prior notice will result in an hourly penalty per Transport General Authority regulations.

المعلومات والخدمات المقدمة عبر الموقع قابلة للتحديث أو التعديل في أي وقت. تلتزم الشركة بالحفاظ على سرية بيانات العملاء وعدم مشاركتها إلا وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. استخدام الموقع أو الخدمات يعني موافقة العميل على جميع السياسات والشروط المعتمدة. Information and services on the website may be updated or modified at any time. The company commits to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and not sharing it except per applicable regulations in the Kingdom. Using the website or services signifies the customer's agreement to all approved policies and terms.
